About the book

When John G, a pyschotic tramp, threatens Jake and Dana's teenage son with a knife, Jake allows Phil, a crazed gangster from his old neighbourhood, to go after John with a baseball bat. A man is killed and suddenly Jake's successful career as a lawyer is ruined when he is arrested for murder.
